Overview

Sustainable development means reconciling economic growth, environmental balance and social progress. Schools are pivotal: they teach the values, habits and customs that shape society beyond the classroom. This course gives teachers practical tools to lead climate education at every level — from carbon-footprint awareness to renewable energy, smart buildings, school gardens, lighting and water management.

What you'll be able to do at the end of the course.

  • Build a school-wide climate action plan with measurable outcomes.
