Transformative Learning for Social Engagement

A small-scale partnership exploring how adult education can support civic engagement, critical thinking and democratic participation.

Three partner organisations co-develop a toolkit of facilitator practices, micro-learning modules and reflective exercises for adult educators working with marginalised learners. The project runs over 18 months with transnational meetings rotating between Paris, Prague and Istanbul.

Generations Join Hands for Environmentally Friendly Homes

A cooperation partnership hosted by Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes (UEMC) in Valladolid, connecting schools and universities around climate-positive home design.

The first transnational meeting was held at UEMC in Valladolid on 7–8 April 2025. Partners aligned implementation plans, task distribution, timeline and dissemination, and reviewed the host institution's infrastructure to build a strong foundation for the project's outputs.

Developing Youth Communication Skills

A two-part youth exchange building communication, facilitation and digital storytelling skills across four partner countries.

Young participants from Ukraine, Türkiye, Hungary and the Czech Republic met in Prague for a week of workshops on active listening, public speaking, conflict navigation and short-form video. The second part of the exchange continued the learning online with peer-led sessions.

Environmental Awareness and the Value of Nature

A five-country youth exchange exploring sustainability, outdoor education and place-based learning.

Participants spent a week between Prague and a nearby nature reserve, combining outdoor activity, peer education and creative projects on biodiversity, water and waste. The exchange ended with each national team producing a community-action plan to take home.

Social Entrepreneurs of the Digital Age in Europe

A small-scale partnership coaching young social entrepreneurs through digital tools, ethical design and European mentorship.

The first transnational meeting was hosted by OTEB in Odense, Denmark, on 6–12 June 2024. Partners aligned on task sharing and dissemination. A follow-up meeting in Prague on 19–24 February 2025 reviewed progress and reinforced the cooperation for the next phases of the project.

Challenging Radicalisation through Youth Work Empowerment

A youth-work project held in Croatia under the EduHeart Prague umbrella, addressing radicalisation, populism, xenophobia and nationalism through non-formal learning.

Participants from several European countries worked through facilitated workshops, dialogues and non-formal education sessions to share experiences, identify early warning signs of radicalisation and build the role of youth work as a tool for positive change. The project produced an international network of young facilitators committed to a more open and tolerant society.

19–24 February 2025

2nd transnational meeting — Prague, Czech Republic

Partners reviewed progress made since the first meeting, refined responsibilities and evaluated the dissemination strategy, ensuring alignment for the next phases of the project.

7–8 April 2025

1st transnational project meeting — UEMC, Valladolid

Project partners discussed the implementation plan, task distribution, timeline and dissemination strategies in detail. The host institution introduced its infrastructure and pedagogical approach, building a strong foundation for the cooperation.

6–12 June 2024

1st transnational meeting — OTEB, Odense (KA210-YOU)

Partners discussed project planning, task sharing and dissemination steps. Strong collaboration among institutions was successfully established.
