From a single staff mobility week to a multi-year KA2 partnership, we offer a complete toolkit for Erasmus+ projects.

Service 01

Learner Mobility

Study and traineeship placements that broaden horizons.

The Erasmus+ programme funds students to study or train in another European country. We design and host learner mobilities that build intercultural understanding, language skills and employability.

What's included

  • Study periods of 3 to 12 months at a partner university or VET institution.
  • Work placements of 2 to 12 months with companies, NGOs and public bodies.
  • Full pedagogical and logistical support before, during and after the mobility.
Service 02

Staff Mobility

Professional development for teachers, trainers and school leaders.

Staff Mobility lets educators and administrative staff travel for teaching, training or job shadowing. Our courses run from a few days to two weeks, and are designed to slot into a school's annual development plan.

What's included

  • Structured courses delivered in English in Prague.
  • Teaching assignments and exchanges with partner institutions.
  • Open to teachers, trainers, school leaders, technical and administrative staff.
Service 03

Job Shadowing

Learn by working alongside a partner organisation.

Job shadowing is one of the most effective Erasmus+ formats: spend a week embedded inside a European partner organisation, observe their practice, and bring concrete methods back home.

What's included

  • Custom-matched host based on your subject area or role.
  • Daily reflection and debrief sessions with an EduHeart facilitator.
  • Europass Mobility documentation on completion.
Service 04

Full Organisation

End-to-end logistics so your team can focus on the learning.

For accepted Erasmus+ mobilities we handle the entire trip: flights, ground transport, accommodation, training venue, meals, cultural programme and certificates. You arrive, you learn, you go home with a Europass.

What's included

  • Single point of contact from booking to follow-up.
  • Curated cultural programme exploring Prague and the Czech Republic.
  • Transparent budgeting that aligns with Erasmus+ unit costs.
Service 05

Invited Experts & Hosting

Bring European expertise into your school or project.

We host visiting teachers and educators in training, and we deploy our trainers to partner sites as invited experts — for keynote sessions, project conferences, accreditation reviews and KA2 meetings.

What's included

  • Guest lectures and workshops at your institution.
  • Hosting of trainee teachers and educators for short or long stays.
  • Project writing support for KA1, KA2 and accreditation applications.
