Who we are
EduHeart Prague is an Erasmus+ training organisation based at Korunni 2569/108, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. You can reach us any time at info@eduheartprague.com.
What we collect
We only store the information you give us through the contact and enquiry forms — typically your name, email address, organisation, country and your message. Server logs may record anonymised IP addresses to protect against abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes for Erasmus+ courses and keep you informed about the programme you signed up for. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as your project with us is active, plus the period required by Czech and EU bookkeeping law (typically up to ten years for invoiced services).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@eduheartprague.com and we will respond within 30 days.
